Role description: KCON LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Laborer with strong leadership abilities to join the KCON LLC team. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with earthwork and utilities. Role accountabilities:  Be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of provided tools.  Follow instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed with safety at all times  Complete laborer tasks in a variety of weather conditions  Operate tools in a professional and safe manner – Laborers will be required to complete a competency test for knowledge of tools, inspection, maintenance and operation  Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service  Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include a small percentage of out of town projects.  Strong ability to learn quickly, analyze information, and problem solve  Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety in mind  A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends  Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
