This is Ruffles, she (guessing gender) is about 6 months old and a sweet young cockatiel. She LOVES men, she likes people in general and loves to be on shoulders. She likes head scritches and to chew her shoe toy. We weaned her from formula to pellets ourselves Unfortunately our schedules have just become much too busy to provide her attention that she so deserves. She had another cockatiel buddy who suddenly passed away from no known cause and she is just very lonely.
