Looking for someone who has the ability, experience, and the desire to rehab abandoned mobile homes. This work would be done at a mobile home park located within the city of Pittsburgh. The park currently has 30 homes of which 10 are abandoned and in need of work. We would be offering $5-10k per home depending on the nature of repairs needed. The expectation would be for the rehabber to include the cost of goods and repair services within this budget. The end result will need to be a home that is clean, safe, and livable for a new resident. Anyone hired would need to prove their work, therefore we would start with a contract for only one home. If completed to agreed specifications, another home (up to a potential of 10 total) can be added to the workload. Please reach out with any questions.
