Description
Two female puppies are ready for new homes! The sire is AKC registered. The dam is a rescue, and the most intelligent, instinctual dog I've known. According to "Wisdom Panel" DNA testing, she is 71% German Shepherd, 17% Siberian Husky, 6% Belgian Malinois, and 2% each of three other shepherd dogs. She is not at risk for DM, and after successfully carrying nine large puppies, she appears to have excellent hips.
The Alpha female (lavender ribbon not showing in photo) has an average energy level and prey drive. She is very curious of her surroundings, and brave in exploring new places in the yard. She is sweet, and playful, and will be a lovely companion. She will respond well to any training, and be absolutely loyal and protective. She is the perfect dog.
The other female (orange ribbon) is the smallest of the litter. Her mother is small, just 60 lbs., and I doubt she'll be any larger than this. Being small, this pup had to fight for food, and she did it well, surviving among a pack of eight larger puppies. She is perky and cheerful all the time, just like a high school cheerleader. She craves human attention, and is the type puppy who was born loving humans. She is not an alpha, and has not become part of her litter pack. She is seeking a pack of her own, and a loving leader. Once she has a pack of her own, she, too will learn fast and well, and be a grateful, protective companion.
The puppies have been Volhard temperament tested (find on Google); received their first vaccination against Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus; and have been wormed. Test scores and proof of vaccination will be provided to new owners.
