This position works in the field performing Project Scope Reviews and obtaining measurements for bath remodels and occasionally new replacement window installations.  The Measure Technician acts as a liaison between sales and the customer, ensuring we can install what was sold and taking accurate measurements to ensure error-free product and materials procurement. Essential Job Functions        *Performing Bath and Window Project Scope Reviews to determine if what was sold can be installed. *Taking accurate bath remodel and replacement window measurements. *Reviewing job-related paperwork, personally and with the customer. *Troubleshooting jobs with Sales and Dept Manager as needed to meet customer’s expectations and ensure an error-free project. *Providing excellent customer service during in-home visits. *Taking clear project photos *Using devices such as an iPad and smartphone. *Using a variety of ladders and tools to perform Project Scope Reviews and measures.    *Driving a Company vehicle to and from job sites. *Wearing Company apparel and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor always. Required Skills: *General knowledge of residential remodeling, window replacement, residential construction, and basic home improvement and home maintenance techniques *Ability to accurately take measurements and translate those into a variety of applications. *Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy) Qualifications/Education: *5+ years of proven construction experience in the residential remodeling industry with experience in window installations or similar exterior renovations *2+ years of experience in interior residential home improvement or home remodeling experience.
