Need a few things hauled away

I have a few smallish items I need hauled away (see photos). The dresser I paid $400 for not long ago as it’s mid-century style that’s in demand. The large leather ottoman is brand new but had a small slit in the leather in the side, an adjustable desk which is also fairly new and not put together all the way, a bookcase and small black leather ottoman, and finally I may want 2 bins of some odds and ends taken. The reason I’m mentioning this is that most of the stuff you could sell (or dump) or put it on Freecycle. I just need it out of my apartment which is in OTR, one floor up. I’m willing to pay someone $50 to come get it all.
