We are cleaning and demoing an investment property on (11/7/22 and 11/8/22). This cleanout is within a condominium association and we have only been approved for a dumpster to be on site for two days. Nov. 7th 2022 you will arrive at 8am. 1 hour lunch at 12pm. Day ends at 5pm. Nov. 8th 2022 you will arrive at 9am. 1 hour lunch at 1pm. Day ends at 6pm. Demo and clean out must be completed within these two days We are looking for 10 guys to assist with this cleanout. There will be furniture and trash to remove from the property, demoing of several bathrooms (including tile), demoing a kitchen, carpet removal throughout, and cleaning out of demo materials. Qualifications: Must.. Be reliable Experience in demoing Bring your own demo tools Have transportation to the site Be able to lift 80lbs + Be able to work well with a team Be able to follow directions No.. Drugs Smoking on site You must be respectful and courteous of our neighbors space and environment. This is a condo association where our neighbors sit closely together. There will be no loud or obnoxious behavior or inappropriate language. You must bring your own safety equipment (eyeglasses, gloves, mask) (anyone who shows up without their safety equipment will be sent home without starting work and without pay) Compensation: $17 per hour, cash at the end of each day.
