We are looking for an experienced handyman to serve as the on-island property manager for a single condominium in Kihei. Compensation is $80/month which will be paid every month regardless if any work is done. In addition, you will be compensated at an hourly rate of $40/hour in the event you are called onto the property to evaluate or complete any work requested by the tenant.
