Brown Poodle Wandering in Road- Historic Sandhills

There is a brown, full-size poodle with a black collar wandering around Naniloa, Leinani, and Halenani Drives. I'm not sure if he/she belongs to someone in my neighborhood and just escaped, or if he/she's lost, but it's been wandering in the road the past two days and has been nearly hit a couple times (luckily we drive slow up there), so please come get it if it's yours!! I don't want anything to happen to it!!
