If you think you can lead a crew or multiple crews, This position is for you. This position will be responsible to fulfill the demands of our client on a daily basis. The individual will need a firm understanding of pressure washers and how to think outside the box to fix something that goes wrong. The individual will need to know basic maintenance to be able to keep machinery operating while on-site of the client. Plenty of room for advancement. This individual needs to be process oriented and detailed in work ethic. This is a general lead labor position; Responsibilities and Duties Include: Industrial surface cleaning Disinfection & Decontamination Clean and maintain industrial and commercial trucks, equipment, and machinery and ensure they are free of grease, oils, road salt, grime, and other materials Ability to diagnose, perform maintenance, and repair power wash equipment Ability to implement quality control standards to coincide with the stringent standards of N.E.E.W Must be able to strategize, optimize, and organize your work site to maximize production Strict adherence to policy and government agency laws rules and regulation We reclaim and recycle all the water we use onsite. De-icing Preventative Maintenance Sweep and maintain the truck, yard and Shop. Clean and maintain the wash area. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to use hand cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and brushes. Ability to use power cleaning tools such as vacuums and high pressure equipment. Ability to follow and read instructions and use cleaning chemicals and agents properly. Ability to learn cleaning procedures for industrial equipment. Ability to perform physical labor for a minimum of 10 hours per day. Physical ability to climb, bend, and squat under trailers. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. WE WORK IN THE FREEZING COLD AND IN THE HEAT - Position Requirements: MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE STRAIGHT TRUCKS UNDER 26000lbs. Works under some general supervision and report directly to Owner Must be able to follow schedule and lead crews independently without direct oversight. Must Be able to pass criminal background check Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Must be able to pass DOT medical Exam Current Driver's License CDL A - preferred Dependable personal vehicle
