Our fast paced and always busy door company is looking for a technician. We are located in the Orange County area. A brief summary our services, our technician team is responsible for completing quality installation, repairs and preventative maintenance services. Projecting a positive and professional attitude is a must. We want all technicians to be dependable, punctual, ensure accurate completion of the job/s at hand as well as all corresponding paperwork. REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 2 year experience in field (Including but not limited to: Docks, Gates, Access Devices, Roll Up Doors, Troubleshooting, Welding, Locksmith, Operators, Hollow Metal, Glass Aluminum, and preventive maintenance programs) * Strong mechanical aptitude * Clean driving record is essential * Must have positive & professional attitude * Personal set of work tools (wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, etc.) * Flexibility with hours (weekend work is rare but some o/t is common) *Excels at Problem Solving *Team Player that is also self-motivated when working alone *Good Organization Skills * Maintain a Safe Work Environment We will be willing to train the right person. WORKING CONDITIONS (physical, vision, hearing, speaking, mental, construction environment) - Frequent lifting of materials (50 to 80 LBS) - Frequent working with hands - Frequent walking, standing, & kneeling - Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning and analyzing
