The Elite Swim Camp is a collaboration of advanced, prestigious swim camps throughout the nation. We have fine-tuned the methods established and made it easily accessible to the Eastern Shore and Mid-Atlantic area. The Elite Swim Camp prides itself on a having a high coach to swimmer ratio so each and every swimmer gets the highest quality coaching throughout the entire camp. Elite Swim Camp’s has one primary goal: teach our swimmers to swim faster. Simple, but easier said than done. Which is why Elite Swim Camp will be implementing advanced mechanics, equipment, video feedback, mental approach strategy to races and more. We, here at Elite Swim Camp, take a very personal and holistic approach to make each swimmer get the coaching they deserve to achieve their next goal. We want to make sure your swimmer gets a great camp experience. Coach Phil Quick Washington College Head Swim Coach; Owner/Head Coach for Eastern Shore Aquatics Originally a competitor with Ursinus College, Phil has now taken the helm of Washington College’s swim program. Coming from a head coach for Eastern Carolina Aquatics in North Caroline, Phil became the head coach for Washington College as an assistant. During the pandemic he created ESA to increase the relevancy of swimming in the Chestertown area. ESA is finishing up it’s 3rd year and Phil has completed his 5th year with Washington. Coach Kyle Fraser-Mines Washington College Assistant Swim Coach; Lead Age-Group ESA Coach Bringing experience from Carleton College in Minnesota, Kyle is bringing different perspective from her college career with Washington College finishing her 2nd year as the Washington College Assistant Coach. Kyle is the lead age-group coach for ESA, guiding young swimmers to work hard and discipline within the sport. Coach Jake Brown Washington College Assistant Swim Coach; Assistant Elite ESA Coach Throughout his career, Jake has been a part of numerous summer swim programs which has helped mold ESA’s swim camp into what it is today. After a brief integration with the University of Kentucky, Jake has brought an enlightened vision to the Eastern Shore swimming community and the Washington College Swim Team.
