Ward 4 invites you to join us for our Old Forester Bourbon Tasting and Wild Game Dinner on November 15th.
Doors will be open at 6:00, and we will be serving the first course at 6:30.
The menu for the evening will be -
First Course: Venison Tartare paired with Old Forester 1870
Venison tartare, espresso aioli, quail egg, red veined sorel, parmesan crisp.
Second Course: Wild Boar Ragu paired with Old Forester 1897
Wild boar ragu, fried polenta, truffle oil.
Third Course: Grilled Swordfish Steak paired with Old Forester 1910
Grilled swordfish steak, lemon compound butter, wild mushrooms, cauliflower puree, purple radish micros.
Dessert: Duck Egg Crème Brulé paired with Old Forester 1920
Duck egg orange infused custard, port soaked berries.
-This is a 21 and over event, ID's are required.
-This will be a private event. Tickets may be purchased through Eventbrite or on location now through November 13th.
-Ticket prices include food, drink, and gratuity.
