Ladies, this is a perfect opportunity to show off your powerlifting skills in our competition exclusively for women! If you have only competed in a few meets, or this will be your first, we will make sure you feel confident on this new adventure. The judging, standards, and rules will all be that of a traditional sanctioned powerlifting meet, but with some leniency and education built in, knowing we will have many first-time competitors. We only have 20 spots available for competitors at this competition! Be sure to sign up before December 1st to secure your spot. We hope to see you at Merry Liftmas! Once you register as an athlete, we will send you a survey requesting information about weight class, T-shirt size, and your bio. Included in entry fee: An event T-shirt we are having designed specifically for this event, and it’s going to be VERY festive. A chance to win one of our EPIC holiday trophies! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each weight class will receive a trophy. 1 badass lady will also win our "best overall lifter" award, which includes another trophy, and tons of prizes from all our vendors! Speaking of vendors, we will have several there on competition day with snacks, recovery drinks, swag, and free services. All athletes will receive goodie bags as well. Spectators: Bring your friends to cheer you on! It makes SUCH a difference to have a cheering section rooting for you! Admission to watch the event in person is $5. We will also be livestreaming the event on our social media platforms!This meet is perfect for women who have experience with lifting, and want to experience the thrill of competition in a safe, supportive, empowering environment.
