Sponsored by Fodadawear and Orangetheory Fitness. We will be hosting a FREE self-defense class in honor of International Women's Self-Defense Day. This will be held at our Orange studio. We welcome everyone ages 13 and up. Even though this class is dedicated to women, we invite men as well to come. We will have an informational session and then hands on teaching of self-defense by local teachers.
