Handyman / Carpenter $45 to $50

One (1) Sub Contractor. We are not in need of a crew, only ONE Maintenance Handyman Carpenter. This Sub Contractor must have his own Professional Work Truck or Van and they must fully equipped to handle the following contracts that you accept: Light Plumbing Light Electrical Painting Drywall Rough Carpentry Finished Carpentry Tiling Interior and Exterior improvements You must have workman's Comp and Liability insurance. If you do not have the required insurance we can point to agents that will help you attain need insurance. Pay rate is for a 1099 sub @ $45 to $50 per hour with OVERTIME after your 40th hours. You can work all you want Monday Thru Sundays if you wish as we have plenty of work.
