The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is hosting a free Waterfowl Hunting Basics Seminar! You will learn about the equipment, techniques and safety considerations needed for stepping out into the marsh, and into the exciting world of waterfowl hunting. Seminar Topics: Proper hunting gear.Shotgun shooting fundamentals.Waterfowl species identification.The basics of decoy placement.General tips to increase hunter success and improve hunter confidence.What to expect: The seminar will be held at the DWR Central Region Office conference room, which is accessible through the main lobby entrance double doors.This seminar will include a PowerPoint presentation with example objects and gear demonstrations.
