The Terminal Building’s upper floors were vacated in the 1960s. The last commercial tenant left the ground floor in 2003. The historic building has been revitalized and reimagined - and new tenants are moving into downtown Aurora. Featuring 20 lofts apartments on the upper levels and retail space on the ground floor, the Terminal Building is now Lofts on Broadway. Join us as we continue to downtown Aurora renaissance with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 3.
