Lynden Door in Lynden, WA has an immediate opening for a Door Core Manufacturing Team Member who will be trained as part of a small and specialized team, building the heart of our commercial doors. All training provided, no experience necessary! DAY SHIFT: 7:00AM-3:30PM plus regular overtime Learn to operate tools and shop equipment including table saws, chop saws, and a glue clamp while preparing all the parts that will eventually become our solid core doors, some of the most beautiful doors to come out of our facility. Over time, the Assembly Team Member will grow to be able to troubleshoot basic equipment challenges, and have confidence to see and fix quality issues. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting wage of $18.75 per hour plus a $1.65 swing shift differential = $20.40 per hour, up to $20.40 per hour plus a 1.65 swing shift differential = 22.05 Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays 401K Discount for gym membership available to employees and their families QUALIFICATIONS: Can lift 50+ pounds throughout the day (with another team member) building our solid core doors Perform repetitive motions and stand during shift As a standard part of the employment application process Lynden Door may request employment references.
