Seeking a maintenance position for an apartment complex to be responsible for all aspects of property. Good salary + apartment. Duties: Plumbing; repair, replace or install faucets, toilets etc. Electrical: repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, and wall sockets Drywall: fill holes caused by nails, minor dings from normal wear and tear Painting: minor touch-ups following damage repair to new coats of paint.
