Description

This workshop is designed for all levels of staff who are responsible for developing and writing recovery oriented case and treatment plans. This training is designed to help participants understand the basics of treatment planning—such as goals versus interventions; how to “translate” client’s stated goals into a treatment plan;  standardized tools for measuring progress; and how to appropriately join in celebrating those successes with clients. Activities to assist with exploring appropriate time frames for review of treatment plans and seeing treatment plans as “works in progress” will be a part of this workshop. In addition, case studies will be used to assist participants with understanding how to best match interventions with client’s stated goals. Coffee, juice and light refreshments will be available starting at 9am.  A certificate of completion will be provided to all participants that complete the session. The certificate can be used to apply for CEUs for various disciples such as social work, peer certification and more.
