Description

Are you feeling stuck or lost? Going through a traumatic or transitional time? Expressive writing may be able to help you. I discovered expressive writing ten years ago and it completely changed the course of my life. It is my tried and true process that I continue to come back to for uncovering my truth. "I write entirely to find out what I'm thinking, what I'm looking at, what I see and what it means. What I want and what I fear" - Why I Write, The New York Times Magazine, 1976; Author Joan Didion. During our time together, we will write and reflect about our thoughts, emotions and experiences. Sharing is optional. Please bring your favorite journal and pen. ______________ This event is held every 1st & 3rd Tuesday at 9am at the What Cheer Writers Group at 160 Westminster St. Providence, RI 02903.
