Kenzington Condominiums 2601 Kenzie Terrace, St. Anthony, MN 55418 Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our Senior Condominium community in St. Anthony, MN. This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment, after-hours emergencies, and grounds as needed. This position requires a boiler's license. Responsibilities/Job Description -Repairs and maintains work orders for homes and community spaces -Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal. -Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment Qualifications Preferred: -One to three years previous experience in a similar environment -Vocation/Technical training preferred -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Desire to work with older adults
