Description

We recognize the challenges in terms of educational attainment of Latinos in the United States. While this event is focused on Latino males we believe the information provided is applicable to all communities of color. Furthermore, it is also critically important for us to note that Latinas also face similar challenges. The primary focus of this event is to bring awareness to the challenges of Latino Males at three different stages (secondary, post-secondary and professional). We hope to begin a discussion today that will encourage each one of us, to do more within our own communities.
