Small vegetable and meat farm using organic practices is now hiring for a winter farm laborer. Looking for a trustworthy and reliable person who is okay working alone. Job includes animal care, making compost, ditch work, equipment operations, and more farm related duties. Ideally this person would take on full time farm work starting in Spring but not required. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Work is primarily outdoors in all weather. We are a small team that is passionate about what we do. We promote a joyful atmosphere and our main priority is high quality of life for both our animals and our staff. Weekend availability a must hours vary but typically 8-2 Pay starts at $16.00 an hour.
