Rehoming 2yr Old Shepherd Terrier Mix

We need to rehome our 40lbs 2 year old terrier German shepherd mix. We love this dog very much but my wife and I have some on going health issues that are preventing us from being able take our dogs for the long walks they need and we do not have a yard for them. We also have 3 year old husky and blue/red healer mix, 65lbs. We want to rehome each of them to someone with a good yard and will treat them as a member of the family. If possible we would love to keep them together but that is not required. We have plenty of items to go along with the dogs including leashes, crates, dog beds, toys, etc.
