Small Chimney Repair

Description

I have a short chimney in the middle of a one story hip roof (not steep) that needs some tuck pointing and possibly a brick or two replaced. I also could use some repair on some spots on my foundation...fixing some loose mortar and repairing the skim coat that is flaking off. Will take bids for these odds and ends. Thx
