We are currently seeking partner crews to join our network of roofers in the Columbia and surrounding areas! Jobs include residential projects for roofing repairs and replacements. Each job will be accompanied with a Job Packet with the following details: - Work Order outlining work to be performed. - Overview of roof with details as to application of ventilation, flashings, special details, areas of concern, etc. - List of materials that are to be delivered to the job or picked up in warehouse. Map to job location. - Pay sheet itemizing the job pay. - Special issues form may accompany some job packets and will provide you with any special instructions. Responsibilities: 1.) Installing, repairing, and restoring different roofing systems 2.) Loading & unloading of roofing equipment and material deliveries. 3.) Carry materials to roof using appropriate equipment 4.) Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety regulations as outlined in provided Job Packet. Qualifications: -1 year experience as a roofer required -Must have workman's comp and general liability insurance -Knowledge of roofing system and all of its phases -High standard of integrity and professionalism -Ability to work in a team -Must be able to lift heavy weight -Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures -Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops, and be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time -Valid Driver's License -Reliable transportation Location: Multiple locations within and around Columbia and surrounding areas With all that said, as I mentioned in the headline on this page, enthusiasm and a positive attitude go a long way in my book.
