Need drummer with practice space for Classic Rock start-up

I need a drummer with a practice space for a band. You're an easy-going and experienced drummer that is ready for a serious Classic Rock start-up. The goal is to play out 2-3 times a month. Depending on getting all other players in place, we should be gigging by the spring or summer of '23. However, our target audience won't be back until October. Me: I have all the PA equipment and am an experienced guitarist and vocalist. My most recent gigs have been the RV resorts and retirement clubs in the East Valley. That's the target audience again. The song list will be dance rock from the 50s through 80s with some hits from today. Interested? The moment you are is when I start gathering the other players. Vocals a plus. East Valley preferred.
