Almost 2 year old bearded dragon

I am looking to revoke my almost 2 year old Bearded Dragon. He was a Christmas present for my daughter in 2020. He gets no attention and needs a loving home. He has a new tank, (with no lid) a heat lamp/rock. He is a nice boy but we are not able to give him much time out of his enclosure as we have two cats very interested in hurting him.
