He's so sweet he's a little bit skittish. I think someone dropped him off in the neighborhood and just abandoned him. He needs a good home. We can't take him we already have three. I hate for him to just stay on the streets. He stands on the same corner I think whoever his owner was dropped him off on that corner and he's waiting for him to come back. It breaks my heart but I can't take him as I said before. If you want to come see him please let me know and I'll meet you to decide if I feel like your a good for for him.
