Looking for Gooseneck drivers,And box truck drivers/helpers. Need reliable,hard working employees.Have to have a valid drivers license to drive and lead. Starting pay - $16.00/hr Starting Driver pay - $18.00/hr Starting Crew Lead/Driver - $19.00/hr + (based on experience) +1 hour drive time per job – Everyone comes in as a helper. – How fast you move up is dependent on the person. – Some guys become lead/driver after 3-4 weeks of employment. Some take a few months. – We NEED drivers. Without people that can drive NO ONE goes to work. – After completing driver training the next step is learning loading and paperwork with the customer.
