Investment - I am looking for fellow investors for assisting with a 200-300k down payment to purchase a few 100 acres of lots with water view If you are looking to grow your money or expand your portfolio, contact us soon please We usually grow investments by larger amounts than most people are making with standard rates. Land is the safest place to invest your money these days. I can't tell all because I don't want to make empty promises especially if someone buys this piece before we get to place a bid. But, I can tell you a bit about the process. We simply buy quality land and run due diligence and research to clear it, resell with a title company to interested buyers. That is basically it but our team checks the surveys over twice so that there are no mistakes. We walk the land and study elevations and water paths, culverts needed for roads and prep the area prior to subdividing and resurveying. This particular project already has that portion completed so it will save us quite a bit of time. So far, this is a bonus but we must move on it quickly. They usually get bought up quickly as more people are learning how to do the same. Since we have some 10-20 years experience, we'll do the leg work and let you sit back and just earn if you that is all you want to do. You can of course, ask all the questions you want. Because we stay busy, we cannot guarantee a same day callback but we have email and you can text us. In some cases, we sell raw land without the upgrades so it varies on each investment project. This project is hot as it has already been out for awhile. We have some ideas that we doubt anyone else has even dreamed of for it but you never know, right ? So, we will have only 2-3 investor positions available with the first being the down payment set and the others are in development or construction areas (Phase II and Phase III). We have several who would love to help us finance with our experience, but we are trying to go a faster route before the deal is gone because there is a trail of papers to submit and processing takes a while. We know how to write up bids for FSBOs but this one isn't and yet it is unique, so we'd be so thrilled to see it start and really progress to fruition. We may have other projects in the pipeline but we are heavily focused on this one with some dedicated team members and after you qualify, you will get a chance to hear more. If I say it all now, someone else can run with it so mums the word until it gets approved and profit starts rolling in, ok ? It has not been done before here and that is why it is so powerfully special to us. We would like to invite a few more people to have this opportunity because we are growing. This stage is for acquisition this fall so be prepared to let the funds sit at least 4 months while we prep and clear engineering and city approvals.
