This happened just before 8pm on Tuesday 11/1- We were in traffic next to each other at the big interchange in Seven Corners. You had facial hair and were in a dark colored Jeep with the windows down. I was the woman with short dark hair and purple tank top in a blue Subaru with Oregon plates. We made eye contact and smiled a few times. But then I had to turn into the Home Depot Plaza! Want to get a cup of coffee?
