There was a time when conservatives diligently denied Global warming/Climate change. This board was full of rage and contempt for those who did believe in it. They don't complain here anymore. There was a time when conservatives claimed that Obamacare would destroy the economy. Again, this board was full of rage and contempt. A decade later the economy hasn't collapsed and they don't complain here anymore. There was a time when conservatives screamed that the Liberals were going to take away their guns if elected. The Dems were elected and passed a few common sense laws but nobody lost their guns. All that fuss over nothing and subsequently, they don't complain here anymore. There was a time when conservatives were adamant that Trump would deliver on his promises and "Build the Wall". His time has come and gone and still no wall. They don't even mention it here anymore. This cycle has repeated itself over and over again throughout the years. We are left with only one possible conclusion. Based on their track record, it seems that conservatives are consistently out of step with the reality of the world. Can anyone tell me why conservatives can't seem to get it right?
