Beagle, Miniature Australian Shepherd, and two puppies

I have come down on some hard times and need to rehome our dogs. The two had puppies, which are also available. I have a beagle (male, unfixed), a miniature Australian shepherd (female, unfixed), and two of their puppies (two male, unfixed, no shots). The puppies will be four months old on the 5th of November, which will also put me over the legal limit. The SPCA won't take them due to being understaffed, so will only take cats or animals that were previously adopted from them (they weren't), and the Human Society wants $50 per dog, which I prefer to be an absolute last resort in the event I cannot find them a good home through other means. Will send pictures upon request. Rehoming fee negotiable due to lack of vaccinations and being fixed.
