Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters is seeking a Production Assistant at our Roastery. Key responsibilities include: * Assisting in coffee production * Grinding and packaging coffee beans * Stocking and putting away deliveries * Transporting heavy equipment and coffee orders. * Assisting the Master Roaster and Facilities Manager Qualifications: * Must have a clean driving record * Must be able to 50+lbs and be physically able to do repetitive physical tasks * Stand on your feet for long periods of time * Must have reliable transportation * Be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills This is a full-time position including health and dental benefits. Hours are 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. Pay range is commensurate with experience. Please send a copy of your resume if you are interested.
