mother with congetive heart failure needs lasiks

Hello, all. My mother has CHF. She cant get medicaid bc her husband (now separated) owns his house. So doctors appointments are few and far between because we cant afford them. She is disabled and cant work. i take care of her, my husband, and my 2 kids (3 of 4 of them are disabled) so i do side work and odd jobs and some commissions when i can find them, but i cant hold down a regular job even part time bc they need me home. Now that ive explained, everything, my mom NEEDS some lasiks. Her doctor wont call any in without seeing her, and they wont see her right now bc im so far behind on payments due. Anyone that can help me out here? Shes steadily getting worse without something to get the fluid off her. Its been like 2 weeks now and shes starting to show swelling in her face. Please can anyone help? Please call/text asap
