ISO sewers/person able to make drawstring bag

The image is a screenshot from a YouTube video. I have some extra fabric that I want to turn into drawstring bags. I can supply needed materials and pay for labor. I don't have a sewing machine and would prefer to pay someone locally and we can work out a price per pag. Estimate is maybe something around 20-30 bags? They are small, some may be larger. If you can sew this is a relatively easy/simple craft, I just can't do it myself and this isn't worth learning or buying a sewing machine. I can also email you a link to a tutorial video for a more clear example of what I'm looking for. Thanks!
