Need Fence Built in Back Yard

Hello, I need help building a fence in our back yard! This fence would be total 6 feet tall, but the bottom 3 feet would be horizontal wood slats. Then the top 3 feet would be cable rail style with metal wire laid horizontally with 3" gaps. So you would have to understand how to install the cable rail. The fence will be about 55 feet long. I will supply all of the materials, this is just for labor. Let me know what you would charge for this? Please only respond with specific questions or a quote. Thank you!!!
