20 gallon tank and stand

I'm selling this aquarium because I have no place else to put it and I need this corner for a reptile encolsure. The tank comes with the castle, rocks, decore, filter, lights, bubbler, net, heater, a suction syringe to help keep the tank clean, a new container of food and even the guppies of you want them and the stand goes as well if you want it. If not I have a home for them but you get first choice. If your interested please dm me and I will set up a time you can come over and pick it up. Serious inquiries only please as taking all the water out to move will take time. I have nearly 250 invested in this set up. I do have a water testing kit available as well as some primer and conditioner im willing to put on for an extra 25 or 30 if you want just the chemicals and salt. The testing kit alone is 40 at pet co and has only been used a couple times to cycle this tank. I would be willing to deliver for a fee.
