Rehoming our english cream Lab mix

Description
Hi, we have recently come to the really hard conclusion that we have to rehome our Dog. This is Bear. He just turned one year old. We adopted him when he was 7 or 8 weeks old. We were told he was a lab mix. The vet also thinks he may have some Golden retriever in him. We were going to do a DNA test but never got around to it. He is up to date on his Vaccines & is not neutered yet. We were told by our vet to wait as long as possible with large breed dogs. He is extremely loving & loves to be around people as much as possible. He loves to play fetch and go to the dog park. He LOVES the water. We got him his own pool this summer. Lol! He loves to play with other dogs. He can be a bit hyper but he’s still a puppy so that’s expected. He is crate trained & he sleeps in there during the night. He likes it to be covered so it’s nice & dark for him to sleep. He is potty trained. We are rehoming him because we have a 2 year old and he is just very hyper around her & unaware of how big he is. So he can knock her down on accident. He does do well with kids. But maybe a little Older kids would be best. We are expecting another baby in May. And having a puppy & 2 babies is basically like having 3 babies & is harder than we thought. He has a little bit of fear aggression towards strangers. But not all strangers. We haven’t figured out what differentiates people to him. But he can growl a little bit if they’re far away & maybe bark sometimes. He also mouths a lot when he’s extremely hyper. He isn’t trying to hurt you he just gets really excited. We haven’t been able to take him on his daily walks like he needs/loves, or to the dog park as often as we used to. Our yard is a little small for him. So ideally we would want him to go to a family with a decent sized yard for him to be able to run & play! & of course a family who has enough time to spend with him. We are really sad to see him go. But we really just want him to be able to live his best life & go to a great loving family. There is a rehoming fee. Just to ensure he goes to a a good family who is serious about him. Also, he will come with all of his things. Which include: His crate & cover, bowls, harness, leashes, food storage container, his bed, and any treats or food we have :) Call, text or email Lexi if you have any questions!
