Help with general maint and painting

I have this old fourplex on Sanger that I spend a couple days every so often working on. Need one person to help me clear my punch list. Mostly caulking and painting siding, staining some PT wood, hauling off brush, and maybe building some shelves. 9am-5pm Wednesday and Thursday. Pay is $20/hr at end of the day. Cash or cash app. Need strong back, good on a ladder, be able to read a tape measure, run a mitre saw, use a screw gun, etc. Text David 512-987-1881 with your name, skills, and the measurement on the pic.
