Looking for an Experienced Handyman for Light Maintenance and Repairs starting tomorrow 11/02/2022 at 9am. Tasks to be done include: - Replacing blown out Bulbs - Operation / Replacement of Emergency Lights - Screw Wall Sockets tight - Battery Test - Clean/Replace AC Filters - Taking notes and photos of anything that needs repair - Preparing Maintenance report and sending to Manager (App for Report will be provided) Handyman/Technician must have their own TOOLS. Payment will be made daily after work is completed.
