I am looking for a few artists, sculptors, fashion designers, floral designers for an upcoming event at the District hall Boston Seaport. Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 600pm to 10:00pm. Looking for individuals who are willing to display some of their work, who is self sufficient and reliable. Looking for diversity in their work. Requirements: new and unusual or experimental ideas, especially in the arts, or the people introducing them. Favoring or introducing experimental or unusual ideas, UNIQUE EXCITING AND CREATIVE! Must be their own original work, must be responsible for the moving of their work to and from the event, creative, diverse, must have and be responsible for own transportation, must stay the duration of event, must be able to articulate what your own work means, provide a brief snapshot on artists. Must be open minded to display their artwork, designs in an Avant Garde way. Must have participate in other art shows. Must be able to follow directions, must be fun, happy, and excited for your artwork and the guests. Must be respectful of the venue, the hosts and others. Must follow the venues policies rules and regulations, as well as the hosts requirements rules and regulations. Must dress appropriately, No weapons, no swearing, foul language of any sort. No smoking at all, no drugs, must not be intoxicated before or after the event, must be of sound mind, not under the influence of any mind altering drugs, or drinking of alcoholic beverages while at the event, MUST HAVE ARTWORK THAT IS RESPECTIVE, NO NUDITY, OBSCENITY OR CONTROVERSIAL THEMES MESSAGES OR MATERIALS. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST EXPECT THAT THEIR WORK MAY NOT SELL, AND MAY BE USED FOR SHOW AND SHARE PURPOSES ALSO. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
