Description
We are a boutique property management company. We give personalized five-star service to both our clients (whose properties we manage) and our guests/tenants (who stay in our Airbnbs and rentals). With just two of us managing about 50 properties and wanting to expand we realized we needed an extra hand - someone who can do all of the stuff we can do and can take the tasks that don't need our personalized expertise.
We're looking for a highly-motivated and professional jack of all trades assistant. There is potential to take on more important work in the future and move up in the company.
Examples of tasks include:
- Dropping supplies (garbage bags, shampoo, batteries, etc) at Airbnbs
- Quality checking cleans between the cleaner and guest arriving to ensure our standards are being followed
- Troubleshooting common tech/appliance issues for guests
- Showing a property to a prospective tenant
- Doing a last-minute turnover (Airbnb clean)
Qualities we are looking for:
- MUST live in Portland
- Highly motivated
- Able to take direction well
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Property management and Airbnb experience (not required but is a plus)
- Organized
- Attention to detail
Pay starts at $25/hr with an estimated 10-20 hours of work a week with room for growth.
