Hi! I have a cat who only likes to come into eat and then runs outside! I have spent enough on animal control picking her up and feel so bad because when I do keep her in she howls. I feel like she would be so happy out in the country where she can run and be outside but have shelter when she needs it. She is all black, a little over a year old and up to date on shots and spayed. Her name is Ray Ray. If you would be interested, please reach out!
