Looking for Private Boarding Option

I will be a newly certified Equine Gestalt Practitioner in January. I am looking for a place to board my horse, that has an indoor arena, or a space to keep warm-er (than what it would be outside) in the winter. It needs to be a space that is private for my clients, where we can be loud and not disturb anyone. Also, allow for additional people to come visit every so often for open houses (as well as groups, up to 8, weekly) If you are interested in this and sounds like something you are comfortable to offer please let me know.
