Seeking a second band for our music room

We’re looking for a band to share our 10’x20’ music room at the old Pfizer building in south Williamsburg. We’ve had the spot to ourselves for a couple years and we’re looking to just add one other band to it. Hours and rates could be flexible but basically we’re just looking to split it weekly (3 days per week for each band with 1 day up for grabs.)
