Our client is a Fast-growing painting and construction company with immediate openings seeking highly skilled painters who have experience in a lead position. Working on commercial buildings only, weekdays only 7am to 4pm, some shifts are 6 am to 4pm - rare Saturday work schedule. How you will be rewarded a Professional Painter Lead: W2 hourly employees preferred but OK with 1099 for licensed contractors. Knowledge or background with additional trades will bring higher wages W2 hourly employees get full medical benefits, dental, vision, 401k after 60 days of employment Consistent and steady work - rare weekends! What you will do as a Professional Painter Lead: Spray/brush/Roll Stucco & Other Surfaces Prepping stucco, wood, metal, and other surfaces prior to painting. Organizing job sites. Customer communication. Managing crew Requirements include owning power washer, sprayer, ladders, and hand tools and own truck. What you need to qualify as a Professional Painter Lead: Driver's License Flexibility Own your own equipment, power washer, sprayer ladders and hand tools, and reliable transportation.
